did anyone use ww or la weightloss for 6 month diet?
Aggh! i found out that I have a 3rd party precertification on my health insurance (SHPOS) and they require a 6 month diet, although my BCBS does not.
The only diet I have is from LA weightloss... the lady from SHPS said the=at some people have submitted ww weigh in forms... Well with LA I had to fill out a diary and wrote the weights as I went in on the diary... the place closed down in 2007 so I cannot get my paperwork from them.
I know I have to call the woman at SHPS to find out if that will be ok but I was wondering anyone elses experience...
