WOW! You look great! If you keep on loosing then that is what it will be!
I have made it to 135 lbs and at times I get back to 140 and then down again! BUT I am VERY comfortable with my weight! Last time I went to Dr Pohl's for a recheck I was told not to go below 131 lbs and if I lost less than that to call the office immediately.
I have to get back into the swing of things! SO MUCH as been happening to me in the past few months!

When I set my goal for myself - I used a BMI calculator I found online - kept plugging in different numbers to see what weight I had to be to be no longer considered overweight. Then I figured I wanted to be a point or so below the category of overweight in case I had any small (or large - gulp) regain. One online site said I should weight 135 - I really think that is too small for my frame - but who knows. I'm thinking my body will know where enough is enough and will stop losing - as slow going as it is in the last few months - that won't be far off.
Congrats again hun - you should be soooooooooo proud of yourself - what an accomplishment!
