it just hit me as my son was leaving..(it took me 10 minutes and a million hugs and kisses to say goodbye) then i burst into tears as soon as he left...augh what an awful feeling.. i cant beleive im having my surgery tomorrow i was doing so well emotionally until that happened...oh well , im going to go finish cleaning my house to keep busy,,,and pack for the hospital..at least they called and told me i was scheduled to stay overnight at least i dont have to wonder about that anymore.Kim

Staying overnight is actually the best thing. The first few hours after surgery aren't usually your best.
