6 month post opp visit with dr today

I went to see Jeremy for my 6 month post opp visit today and when he walked into the room, he looked at me and was extremely happy with my progress. He said all blood work was perfect and no need to change a thing. My weight loss has slowed down as expected and im still losing only 8 lbs from my goal and i am so happy and proud of myself for taking this journey. I must however say that if it was not for my support system here and outside you know who you are, i woud have not been able to do this. Everyone i have made friends with has given me the best knowledge that i could ask for. So i say thank you to all of you, all of you mean so much to me and i am so glad you are a part of my life. I am proud to call you my friends, and family. Thanks for letting me express my thoughts now ill leave the floor open for comments.

Your stats are absolutely amazing...you have every reason to be smiling and feeling proud! I'm glad your blood work came back perfect....what more could you ask for at this point!
