The party was great, Julie was a wonderful hostess of course and it was wonderful to see everyone. It was too bad you all didnt make it, would have loved to see you there!

Me? Look at you!! 8 lbs to goal and a normal BMI!!!!!!
I'm still pushing to get into that normal range. I think I need another 16-18 lbs to get to normal, not sure if I'll get there, but I'm sure going to give it a shot!

We had a great time! Thank you to everyone who could make it! For those of you would had other plans......

We'll do it again next year! I hope more people can make it to that one!

Meanwhile, John and I have our 9th Annual Labor Day Picnic coming up on August 30TH!

Same place, same time!!!!

Come one, come all!

We'll have lots of regular food, a keg-o-beer, soda and some WLS friendly food as well! AND a pinata for kids under the age of 13!
