here is a low calorie  & low carb version ...2 cup peanut butter (if you want them to come out like i made them you must use skippy reduced fat peanut butter 16oz tub) 2 cups splenda  2 real egg beaten  ,2 tbsp vanilla  or you can do what i do i add DaVinci sugar free syrup Caramel or Kahluha if the mix is too liquidy after you stir it up just add  a little more splenda but this recipie comes out thick this way, you can add a pinch of baking powder if desired but not necessary i don't....   place on sprayed baking sheets   flattten slighty with fork bake  350 dgrees about 10 to 13 min watch careful they burn easily  This recipes contains no flour, salt, honey or sweetner and tastes great i use a wooden spoon to mix then a regular table spoon or teasponn kitchen utensil to scoop depending on how big or small you want to make them and place on cookie sheet. I Enjoy these cold from the fridge just break it up and eat it slowly they are really good as you all know.  If you have any trouble making them message me and i will come to your home and show you how to do it.

WOW DONNIE!  205 pounds lost!  Congrats - you are an inspiration to this fellow Johnstonite!  I wasn't at the pool party but I've heard about your famous peanut butter cookies.  Thanks for the recipe.  How many of these is considered a serving?  Thanks and again, congratulations on your success!  Jules

I really have to make some of these, but not sure I can come close to the job you do. Maybe I'll play around in the kitchen this week.
Does this mean you'll come and help me with it Donnie??
