am curious about something to eat

i am very curious about del's lemonade.  i have been having a craving for the stuff now and everytime i ride by a place or stand on the side of the road i want it to bad. is it safe or does it contain a lot of sugar.

I'd stay away from that stuff..I believe it is full of sugar!!..I'll find out for you and get back with the info.

wow Keith - thanks for that info - def something to stay away from! 

Debbie - maybe you could try to make your own version?  I would try some crystal light and blend with ice in your own blender.  Maybe it will get you through the craving.

WOW! I'm shocked! Even the light Del's has 16 grams of sugar.

Personally, I try to keep my sugar servings no more than 5 gms.My NUT says keep to the 5/5 (no more than 5 gms fat/5 gms sugar per serving). I'm too afraid to go any higher.
