Sunday's food!

B-4oz protein shake

L-1/4 cup of tuna with Miracle Whip lite

S-4 oz protein shake

D-1/4 cup of chicken and french dressing to moisten it up

Will try to get in one more 4 oz protein shake.

Pretty good for me!

breakfast- 2 slices wheat toast with diet jelly on one and peanutbutter on the other.
1/2 bottle of isopure
8oz of water
hand full of  grapes. 
stomach not feeling well  (love being a women) lol
that was lunch the grapes
dinner- i had a 2 oz pork chop but could not eat at the time stomach was acting up.  drank the other 1/2 of my isopure to get something in me.
oh i forgot had a med ice coffee in the morning
8oz of what
I know today was not a good day will try better tomorrow
