Reduced sugar stuff

Hi, me again - I'm trying to get all my information together before going back to work.  Here's my latest question - where do I find reduced sugar ketchup and bbq sauce?  I couldn't find it in the Stop and Shop or Shaw's in Johnston.  Maybe I wasn't looking in the right spot?  THanks!  jules
PS  I bought Isopure protein powder for shakes and protein icecream and I bought two bottles of the drink (a green and a red).  I'll let you know my thoughts............THanks!  Jules

I found the low sugar ketchup where the regular ketchup is. I haven't found the BBQ sauce yet though. I think Laura found it at Shaw's?

I hope you like the shakes. I truly enjoy them more than the other powdered stuff out there.

Hi Jules, I'll check out shaw's in Johnston.  Pam suggested a diabetic section of the store so I'll check there.  I'll let you know how I like the shakes.  I'm having a real difficult time with head hunger and dealing with emotional stuff.  I'm fighting to keep in the game.  Anyway, I'm sorry to say the pool party isn't going to work for me Saturday.  My son will be 26 on the 17th and since he's working, we're getting together Saturday.  We find out if it's a girl or boy on the 22nd - I'm so excited I can't stand it!  LOL  Miss you!

You can find them in different sections.  Stop and Shop now has a Nature Promise area with a lot of all natural, organic, low sugar products- maybe in there?  Some Shaw's also have a dedicated all natural organic aisle- I know the Johnston store does, as does Cranston.  A lot of stores have a diet section also that has a lot of this stuff- usually near the ethnic foods or rice cakes.

Thanks, Beth!  I'm hoping to make the next Miram meeting.  Are you going?  How old are your boys?  (the human boys lol not the puppy boys lol)  My mo-in-law works at BJ's and she's always picking up books.  She bought some about Wall-E - I think that's it and told me to give them to some of my students - but that starts wars lol the books range from very easy like K/grade 1 up to maybe grade 3/4 and there's 4 books.  If you think you're boys will like them, they are yours!

my boys are 5, 7, and 15.  The books would be perfect for the younger two.  I am hoping to make it to the next Miriam meeting

 KC Masterpiece makes a low-calorie BBQ sauce that is AWESOME - I use it all the time. Stop and Shop doesn't carry it, but I always find it at the Shaw's in North Providence in the regular BBQ sauce aisle. Not sure about the other Shaws, but I'm pretty sure I've bought it at the one in Johnston too (maybe they were just out?) You can always contact the store manager and ask them to order it. Thanks Krista!  I'm going to check out the Shaw's.  I've been dying for some chicken with BBQ sauce.  How would you do it in the crock pot?  Just throw in the chicken and bbq sauce?  I'm a crock pot dummy.  Did you hear?  I'm going to be a grandma around the time your baby is born!  My son and his girl are having a baby - due date 1/23.  They are supposed to get the sex of the baby when they go for a sonogram on the 22nd of August - I can't wait!  Do you know what you are having yet?  Maybe I'll see you at one of the upcoming August meetings.
