S-6 oz Slim Fast protein shake
L-1 1/2 scallops ....I swallowed a part of one whole and panicked and didn't finish! Slippery little buggers!! I should still be pureeing but I figured I could chew it to oblivion!
D-1/4 of a pc. of Domino's pizza....SO DARN YUMMY!!!!
Water: 16 oz so far. Working on another 16 oz.
Try again tomorrow!!

No breakfast??? Not good. Even if tummy is upset. I have to at least have 8 oz of water to get me to wake up a bit.
Generally, I have a hard time with breakfast most days so I usually get in a protein shake to at least get the metabolism going. So, here's today:
Upon wakening 1- 8oz Nectar shake
Breakfast (about an hour later). A fresh asparagus omelet made with 1/4C egg beaters; 6 spears of fresh steamed asparagus and 1/4 C low fat shredded cheddar cheese.
Lunch - 4 oz Shrimp with 1 TB home made ****tail sauce
Dinner - My home made chili 1C
Snack - 1/2 SF/FF jello pudding
And so far, 56 oz H2O (includes 8oz shake and crystal light)
Totals: 499 Cals; 71g Protein; 9g Fat

breakfast- really didnt have 8oz of water with medication. only because i woke up so late
lunch 4 crackers 1/2 isopure

dinner chicken with a scoup of rice. only had 2 bite of the rice and ate about 2oz out of the 3 oz peace of the chicken just not in the mood for the food.
