Okay, I didnt do AS good as I hoped but did do better!

Breakfast: 4oz protein shake
(an hour later) 1 scrambled egg with skim

Lunch: Missed it while visiting my mom's new home

Dinner: Scallops baked with olive oil, bread crumbs, and seasoning
             couple of tiny bites of mashed potatoes
            (DINNER WAS SO YUMMY!)

Fluid: 20 ounces so far (It's 9 pm so I will keep drinking but I know I wont fulfill 48 oz)

I may try an evening snack: 1pc of american cheese and canned tomates mixed together.

i had  70 oz protein shakes during the day.

lunch had 1/2 oz of veg.    1/2 oz pureed chicken (baby food)    1 oz applesause


dinner     i made 2 pkgs of cream of chicken soup and mix 1 jat of turkey and rice baby food. with veg.      i ate 1 oz of that and 1 oz applesauce

and of course about 55 oz of crystallite water all day.

I'm posting a day late - but it still counts

Breakfast - 3/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with 2 strawberries cut up and skim milk

Lunch - 2 slices of turkey lunchmeat, 2 slices of ham lunchmeat

Dinner - Insides of a burrito from Taco Bell

64 oz of fluids and vitamins taken!

I am day late too.
breakfast : 4oz protein shake
hour later 8oz of water

Lunch: I had bowl of chicken soup with an egg in it.
hour later 8 oz of water

Dinner:  about 2 to 3 oz of chicken stuffed with low fat him and low fat swiss cheese with mushrooms over the top of it. and a salad.  Could not eat it all. but it was really good.
hour after dinner 8oz of water

my snake was a skinny cow cone. 

around 8pm had another 8 oz of water.
took all medication  mostly vit.
