Well my appoitment has been delayed slightly...I have decided to switch surgeons...I am back with Dr. G. I have to have two more tests done and lose more weight for surgery. I have no problems with either request...I am on autopilot with Optifast now. And I feel confident about my choice to switch!

I am doing good. I got on the scale last night and I lost 99lbs. I up my water intake and I think that is helping some. Plus I been watching my protein and trying to keep that up. All seem to be work. So once I get the hip replaced in Sept. I will be good as new.
