Dedicated Blood Drive in Honor of Chezney!

In August 2005, at the age of 3 and a half my daughter, Chezney was diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma.  She under went radiation treatment, chemotherapy and had several blood transfusions. 

On Sunday, August 10th at the Knights of Columbus Sullivan Council on Claremont St. (off Londale Ave. next to Burger King) in Central Falls from 8 am to 1pm, we will be hosting the 3rd Annual Blood Drive dedicated to Chezney.  This year we will also honor her being one year off chemotherapy treatments.  Please join us...breakfast will be served. 

Being a blood donor means you give children like Chezney a chance to fight cancer!

You must:
Weigh at least 110
Be in overall good health
Be at least 17 years old
For WLS Alums, you must be atleast 1 year post op

 Hi Landa! You're new pic is gorgeous!!! I don't think I'm supposed to give blood, being preggo and all, but my husband does frequently, so we will try to be there!

I would love to go, but unfortunately am only 4 months out.  I hope the drive is s very successful one!

I called Dr. Pohl! He said I CAN give blood even though I'm only 8 weeks out!!! Do I need a Doc's note?

I really wanna be there! Can you Please post a reminder the day before?

I don't want to forget about this!
