UHC APPROVALS ANYONE

i was hoping someone could help me out.I was scheduled for RNY, it was cancelled last minute because it turns out its an exclusion on my policy.I now am working with my employer to see if we can choose a different plan at renewal time with UHC that does cover the surgery. Our insurance agent is saying no UHC plan covers the surgery.If anyone out there could give me specific plans( with UHC) that cover the surgery, I would be sooo greatfull.I am like fighting a no win battle. I have tried calling UHC directly with no sucess.They are not helpful at all. I work for a small company with no HR person so Im doing all the leg work.
