Scale is FINALLY moving!!

I am so excited!!  I am FINALLY under 240 lbs!!  I lost another 3 pounds in about a week and 1/2 (I was on a liquid and mushies diet though for a few of those days- I am sure this helped)

Feels good to see some results and not feel like I am fighting a losing battle all the time.  I know I am seeing a big difference in inches- but the scale doesn't reflect it.  Hubby is so sweet and really is working on keeping me encouraged.  He is daily pointing out new things with my body- like new bones showing (my pelvic bones are sticking out when I lay down!!!!!) or changes in my face or body.  Today he grabbed me, hugged me and picked me right up.  He showed me how much room there was in his arms still.  Without his encouragement (and all of you too!!)  Not sure how I would get through this.

Thanks!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! I'm doing the happy dance for you!!!  I know what you mean about bones - I didn't know that I had pelvic bones.  They feel like tumors!!

How are you feeling after the fill?  Any restriction?

I think I might be feeling a bit of restriction, but not sure yet.  I am being really careful about measuring again- and have decided to up my water (and make sure I am measuring that again too.- was falling behind on it- and I KNOW it is a crucial part of the process)

How are you doing?  Isn't it great finding long lost bones- lol!

Thanks!
I keep trying to go, and someday I will make it back.  I try and mix up which ones I go to and it is hard to make more than one meeting a month (I need to find hubby a hobby so he gets out too!!)

Hey Beth!

How wonderful! You're doing so well. Each time I see you, I see a difference! You glow!!!

Congrats on your lose too!

Isn't it (can't find the right word but) fulfillling to have a hubby who supports us so much! Like you, I wouldn't be where I am today without all his support!

I'm so in love with him I could burst Burning Heart !

See you at the RIH meeting?
