Check them out.  I finally added some new ones.  It is funny, I love having my picture taken now!

Not sure if I have mentioned this, but my husband is leaving on Monday for San Diego.  I will join him with the kids when (and if) the house sells.  This is going to pretty much suck for us because we have no idea how long this will take.  It has already been 5 months on the market with no offers.  We have reduced by 65,000.00 and are trying for a short sale and still NO LUCK!

Please keep me and my kids in your thoughts.  We will be pretty lonely here with out Tom, and I am sure I will be ready to pull my hair out after a short time with no relief.

Have you tried putting your house on www.craigslist.com ? It's free and you can include pictures and everything! There are many listed there now!

You may be happily surprised by the results!

OOHHH Yeah, it is on CL, and many others.  No luck!

I have a showing on Friday and my realtor thinks this is the one.  I think she is pulling at straws though because our contract is up with her and she wants us to re sign with her.  Not sure what we are going to do at this point!
