Hi Kim! Congratulations on your upcomming surgery! After surgery my favorite protein drink was the Isopure Zero Carb ready to drink kind. I drank them as is - but I know several people who added like flavored Crystal Light to the Isopure to alter the taste slightly.

Good luck!

Hi Kim,

I drank the Proti 15 shakes from Dr. Pohl & Dr. Giovanni's office, the Isopure ready-made bottled protein (still like that one) and I buy samples of protein powders from www.vitalady.com.

I bought dried skim milk to add to what ever I want for more protein.

                                                      HERE'S SOMETHING NEW!!!

BENEPROTEIN non-flavored protein to add to anything you eat or drink. It's sold on www.walgreens.com. It's not available in stores yet but the pharmacist at each store can order it for you at no additional charge and you don't have to pay shipping and handling charges.

Congrats on making a healthy choice for your future!

Hi Kim,

I have some on order at my local Walgreens.

I get my dried skim milk from my local Stop & Shop. It's located in the coffee section and/or the baking section.

Have fun with it! You can also add it to skim milk to make it more of a whole milk consistency with extra protein!

Hi Kim,

The only one I could tolerate within my Doctors guidelines was the Proti-15 Wildberry flavor.  They are sold in the office.

Now I drink the SF Carnation Instant Breakfast....
