Met 1st mini Goal

Hello all...I had to lose 35 lb(50 lb reqd for surgery) to meet with my surgeon for a second time to review my tests and get my surgery date....as of last night I am down 37.5 lbs since 6-13 being on Optifast.

I just made my appointment to meet with Dr. Sax on 8/15...I am probably looking at mid Sept for surgery. The way I see it...I will be on Optifast till surgery...it will benefit me to lose as much weight as I can prior to surgery to help the Dr out and help me exercise more now! It is finally in my sights now!
