Soy Spread Recipe

Hi Everyone!!
Sue Manchester-RIH RD- sent me this recipe. I am going to try to cut and paste it.....ALERT--I am somewhat computer illiterate-- If it doesn't show up, please send me some advise.
Here goes...gulp.....
Peanut Butter Soy Spread
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Serving Size: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
7 Ounces Tofu, Silken or Soft
2 Teaspoons Splenda
1/8-Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3-Cup Peanut Butter, Smooth
Preparation:
Gather all ingredients
Add all ingredients into a blender
Incorporate the ingredients until they form a smooth consistency
If the consistency is too thick add a small amount of Tofu or water until the consistency thickens
Serve chilled with your favorite fresh vegetables or whole wheat crackers
