The past few times we've posted mini-goals I havent gotten much in the way of responses. So is there still interest in them?

sure- I am up for this.... My mini goal is to post DAILY to fitday.com and really scrutinize what I am putting into my body.

Yes, indeed!

My new(est) mini-goal is to be in Onederland by our annual Labor Day picnic on August 30th! I hope it's realistic. I was 224 this morning. So, 25 pounds in about eight weeks. So far, I've lost 41 pounds is seven weeks. We'll see!

I'm in - I hope this will help motivate me to exercise!  I"ve fallen right off of that wagon.  I have another 16 lbs to lose to my original goal and I'd love to get there by the end of the summer - if not the end of September. so - this being said - my mini goal will be to exercise at LEAST 4 times per week. thanks Angela! COUNT ME IN TOO!

I am now in a size 8 and just 10 lbs away from my goal of 130 lbs, but it is becoming harder to take it off! My friends are telling me not to loose any more that I am fine right now - but i want to reach my goal!

The only exercise that I have been doing is moving boxes and stuff from one place to another - moving sucks but I guess it is some form of exercise!

Hi, Yes, I need to find a way to make myself more accountable. Hopefully by writing it here I will be more likely to stop with the excuses. GOAL: I need to exercise. So my mini-goal is to start with working out at least 3-4 times a week, for a minimum of 30 minutes.

We all live so close (RI is a small state) yet so far from each other - too bad we couldn't meet up together to do our exercise!  I'd love to join Danielle some day for a Sunday walk at Roger Williams Park - but Sunday's are usually spent running around with the family and getting caught up in the household.   I belong to the YMCA here in Middletown - so I'm going to try to get there at least 3 times a week and then maybe one or 2 days of home exercise as well. I'm still up for a challenge.  My mini goal is to be in onderland by the end of August.  It is a pretty aggressive goal as I seem to be losing kind of slowly compared to many people who I see posting, however, I have always lost slower then most.  Just seems my body loves to hold onto the pounds.  I'll keep you all posted.  Amy
