Hi Everyone.. good to see everyone is doing well. Im hanging in there.. just starting to get back to a regular schedule of work after my time off. I go back to work officially on July 11th.  ohhhh goody!  LOL Hope everyone has a safe and healthy 4th... ill be back home in NH taking in the beach and fireworks on the beach too. That is if the weather holds out for it.. if not.. me and the dogs will spend a quiet evening at home..eating a turkey burger and soy chips!

Congrats on the weight loss, how did you do it? I am new to the board and just getting started. Had my first appt with Dr Giovanni yesterday and have to lose 25 lbs and make a bunch of appts any adivce? thanks and good luck
