How often do you weigh yourself?

Hi Aimee - I too weigh myself daily - I know many discourage this - but I do NOT beat myself up over the scale fluctuations.  I have noticed the stand stills on the scale as well.  I find it helps if I change things up a bit - more/less exercise, different foods, more/less foods, etc.  When I was at the point you are at, I did find myself at one of those stand stills on the scale.  I had to keep telling myself - "there is not much more you can do but wait it out - you really can't eat much less than you're already eating"   I wish you luck! ... oops - the constipation thing - I found my daily vitamins were doing this to me - too much iron for me!  When I'd get really bad I would take a day or 2 off of the vitamins to get things moving again then back on them.  Not sure if that's good medical advice - but worked for me! Pam

Hi Pam!  You know, I never thought about the iron!  It makes so much sense because I haven't been great about remembering them every day, and I haven't been having the problem so much.  I'll have to remember that. Jayne
