How often do you weigh yourself?

I too weigh myself daily - I know many discourage this - but I do NOT beat myself up over the scale fluctuations. I have noticed the stand stills on the scale as well. I find it helps if I change things up a bit - more/less exercise, different foods, more/less foods, etc. When I was at the point you are at, I did find myself at one of those stand stills on the scale. I had to keep telling myself - "there is not much more you can do but wait it out - you really can't eat much less than you're already eating"
