Yay!! I can't wait to be there!!! I went for my pre-op class today and will have surgery on July11. I am going to start my own pre-op diet tomorrow. Not too strict because Dr Ryder said I don't need to but every bit helps!! I have exactly two weeks to quit diet coke and caffeine. I hope I can do it by then!! Congrats!! Marie

Forgot to ask! Have you been doing any form of exercise or is it still too soon?? How is your energy level?? I want to start walking as soon as I can when I get home but wonder if I'll be crawling because of the "no food in my body" realization.
