Julie is back in the hospital...

Julie had been home since Friday and was feeling pretty good. Yesterday in the afternoon she started vomiting and had really severe pain in her abdomen. Her husband called Dr Pohl and he met them at the hospital. A couple of tests were done and nothing was found. Dr Pohl recommended going back in to the OR to check things out to make sure that everything was ok. He suspected a bowel/small intestine obstruction. She went back into surgery and about 2 hours later Dr Pohl came out to tell us that he hadnt found anything, however, her small intestine was pretty swollen so he believes that it was twisted but undid itself before he went back in.

I saw her this morning and she is awake but in a lot of pain. Please keep her in your thoughts and I will definitely update everyone if anything changes.

Laura, Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that she's had more problems. Please let Julie know that I'm keeping her in my thoughts and that I hope she feels better soon.
