The Good and the Bad

WOW Nancy!  I am sorry that you had such  trouble  The good news is that while you don't have the band you have learned about some personal tools that you have that can make you successful in your continued journey.  I know you will do well!

The band gave you a lot of success.  It is too bad you had to have it removed, though you have done so well, that with Robin's help, I am sure you will have continued success!  I wish you all the best in this!

Hi Nancy, I left a comment in your blog. You look absolutely awesome! Having WLS doesn't come without complications. Even a year out! You've certainly been witness to that! My heart goes out to you! I agree with Danielle and Alexia. You know what you need to do now. Hopefully, that old tool with still work for you as you venture on with your weight loss journey.  Remember......YOU are LOVABLE, CAPABLE AND WORTH IT!!! Jules
