Happy Monday everybody.... Its that time again, so heres my update.  I've gotten myself up to 2 minutes of running on the treadmill towards my Mothers Day goal of 5 minutes. I'm slowly getting there, not sure if I'll achieve this goal, but I'm going to try.  So where are you on your Mothers day mini-goal?

Mine was to be in size 18 pants, My 22's can come off without being unbuttoned- but I haven't pulled any smaller sizes out yet to see my progress.  I think I am going to search tomorrow for some 20's and 18's in old boxes so I can check progress.

I've been trying to not drink with my meals. It's tough! I don't know how you guys do it! Does it get easier after the surgery when you're not eating as much? So, this is still my goal this week. Thanks Angela! Jules

Hello All,

My mini goal is to continue with my learning to eat and doing some light exercises.  I found one important thing out, I have to eat slowly to prevent the dumping syndrome.

update on my update- I found my size 20's, they pull up, and probably could button if I did the lay on the bed wiggle (I am sure you all know this one), but I am not squishing my tummy in them yet- it isn't up for it

Hello to all!

My Mother's day goal is to loose another 15 pounds (goal weight 155 lbs)... I am now 160 pounds and fitting into a size 12! Another 5 to go!

Good luck to all!
