I have been so busy over the last week i wish i could respond more often.  But i am just checking in to let you all know i am ok and i think of you daily.  Im still walking 5.5 miles 5 days a week and 1 mile each of the other 2 days unless it rains.  Krista has a great post about her walk coming up and it got me thinking, would it be too much to get some input from you all on having our own OH 5k walk this spring.  I was thinking maybe Roger Williams park, Lincoln Woods or any where else so just give me some ideas.  I was going to register for the COX road races this May but the one race i can do is the New Balance 5k but its only 3.11 miles and to pay $22.00 to walk 3.11 miles is ok but i dont have to tell you all money is tight right.  So i thought we could all commit to a date in May or June at a location where we can map out our own walk for our health.   If you are interested give me your input so we can try to do this.   Donnie

I think this is a great idea and I'd love to participate!  The weather will be nice and warm so I hope we have a good turnout! Lincoln Woods would be nice...  I dont know of many other places. Laura

Hey Donnie! Great idea! Slater Park in Pawtucket is beautiful and they have a one mile path too. There's also the carousel, playground and Dagget farm there. I won't be doing the actual walking but I will be very happy to attend and cheer everyone on and run a water station! Jules
