Hypo-glycemic?
Hey LB.. I have been having the same issues lately. I have been having a small fruit or snack between meals. It is the only way I can make it so im not getting the "passing out" feeling. Be careful of any caffeine intake cuz that will make ya loopy too. Sometimes when it does happen tho, I will take a little drink of juice if it is available, then have my small snack...whatever you do.. sit down so you dont fall down.

I have had this happen a few times and the two cause that I found is one it was a panic attack I was subconsciously stressing even though I was trying not to. The other is I was talking to my doc Dr. Harrington when I went last and told him how I get that sometimes and thought it might be caffeine so I switched to caffeine free and still getting it he said that even though it is caffeine free it can cause the same effects as sugar that Swoosh feeling and the same goes for Sugar Alcohol. Maybe this will help.
