Support Group At RIH this past Wednesday

Did anyone attend the support group at the Gerry House this past Wednesday? I couldn't make it and wanted to find out what was discussed about the evening's topic "Affordable and Healthy Eating". Also who can I contact by e-mail to get on the list to be notified of any changes to the meetings. Thanks, Nancy

Hi Nancy,

I did go and the Topic was "Affordable and Healthy Eating". To get on the e-mail list, they had a paper there so you could put that info down (they are startin a fresh new list).

This month's meeting, as stated, was about affordable and healthy eating. The dietician will have copies of the slide show presentation available at next month's meeting. Let me know if you can't make it, I'l be glad to get you a copy. Also, two gread web sites were suggested *** www.calorieking.com and www.mealsmatter.org. We spent a good portion discussing what ever the attendees had on our minds. Hope this helps! Jules
