Psych Appt info

Hi all, Does anyone have the name & number for the other Psychologist that's in East Greenwich that Dr Roye's patients are allowed to use for the pre-op testing?

My mom is going through the pre-op testing and can't remember where she put the info for the EG doc so she scheduled her appt w/the RI Hospital crew. I have a feeling that they'll recommend counseling so I'm trying to keep her closer to home. I'm 1 year post op so I have no clue where my old paperwork is. Thanks!
