Recipe I made today.

This was given at a WW meeting. I made it today with some fi**** was yummy. Hubby used it to top his fish, I had it on the side. He said he would also enjoy it over a juicey steak. 1 pint of cherry tomatoes Slice tomatoes in 1/2 and place in a 8 x 8 baking dish. 1 Tbsp of garlic (I use minced in a jar but can also use fresh). Mix garlic in with the tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes. Top with Feta Cheese. I bought 5 oz of cheese and used 1/2.  Bake on 400 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered.  Enjoy!

Sounds delish!!! I always look for recipies of sauces to put on top of meat or fish...makes it go down easier!!!

That does sound real good. I know Presidente makes fat free feta. They sell it in the market, I usually find it at Shaws.

I used regular Feta ONLY because the Shaws I was at didn't have anything else. Both brands I checked had the same nutritional amounts. Next time I'll make sure to get either light or FF. I only ate a spoonful while my husband ate the rest.

Thanks Robin! I actually saw Dr. Ryder yesterday and didn't need a fill. I've dropped 10 lbs in the last 4 weeks from my 2 weeks post op app. I now go back in 4 weeks.
