ok- I updated my ticker today cause I am down another 10 lbs (WOOOHOOO), I see the change, but not sure I did it correctly so everyone else can see it. I went to tickerfactory.com, entered my pin and updated my info.  I was going to recopy and paste the new pic, but I think it showed up before I did it.   Is this the way to do it? Did a magic faerie do it for me?  Maybe it's time to stop doing so many drugs?

looks like you've lost 20 pounds right? Thats all I do to change my ticker. I kept the original link in my email and I go to that to update, insert pin change info and voila! Auto update

yes- I lost 10 pre surgery and just weighed myself today- and another 10 gone.  I am sure it will not continue to fall off like this, but it certainly was huge encouragement after being so hungry and miserable for the past 2 days.  I am really hoping this gets a bit better when I progress to full liquids on Weds and hoping it is not an early "bandster hell". But that wasn't what my post was supposed to be about.....thanks for the info and I am glad I did it right!

I'll tell you, my first week, I couldn't even think about food (I had TERRIBLE gas) but then after my weight loss was pretty steady for about two months. (6 weeks before my first fill) Then I started to get daring, with what I could eat. Long story short, remember the band is a tool, and you have to work with it to become successful.

kudos on the great work thus far, and remember, we're always here for you.
