I feel so great.  Today i went to Dr Pohls for a weigh in and i am down a whoping 42 lbs since surgery and 122lbs all together in my journey woo hoo.  I also had an apt with sleep apnea dr. and he has come to the conclusion that i can turn in my cpap because of the changes my body has gone through so far.  Extra energy all day, i swear someone is pumping me with caffiene when im sleeping because i am always wired till 8 or 9 at night then it hits me to rest, and when im sleeping i almost never snore anymore yeahhh and i sleep straight through the night waking up refreshed.  i am so happy i made this life changing decision one i will never regret.   Take care, Donnie

Hi Donnie! Good for you! What a relief it must be! You're at the other end of the Sleep Study story. I'm happy to see there is one. LOL. Wow, 122 lbs! That's awesome! See you next Thursday at the RW meeting! Jules
