Sleep Study Numero Uno - DONE

And I'm exhausted!!! The staff was absolutely fantastic! The bed left much to be desired but it was quiet and dark so I was able to get a few hours sleep. The toughest part?...The tubes in my nose and sleeping on my back because of chronic back pain. I eventually propped a pillow under my side to relieve it. Then throughout the night, eventually, turned to my side anyway. I felt bad for the woman taking care of me when I had to get up to pee. She was so kind though. When all was said and done, I came home, dowsed my hair with Dawn Green Apple dish liquid and showered all that sticky goop out of my hair! Ahhhhh! I feel much better now.  Thanks for the tip LB.  I hope I don't have to have a second one next Monday. Well, chalk another one up for experience! I'll let you know how my Honey does after his Cardiologist appt. today.  Happy Tuesday! Jules

they didn't make me sleep in any particular position, I told her I sleep on my side and she said that was fine.   Glad it is over- and maybe you won't need the next one- I got a call that same day telling me I was all set!
