Lately, I've been watching how much I exercise, was afraid to over do it right away. I had been doing periodically walking on the treadmill 10 minutes a shot sometimes twice a day. I knew I had to step it up but wasn't sure if I should. Well, after the walking I did on Saturday, I knew I could do it. I am thrilled to say I was able to do a half hour on the treadmill at 3.2 and doing a duel jog at 4.0 for 5 minutes a piece. YEAH!!  I feel like I have more confidence now!

Wow Dawn!!  That is wonderful!!  Doesn't it feel great to be on the road to being a "fit" person?  I love to exercise, even with this great big ol' pre-surgery butt.  I can't wait until I can move easier and step it up a few extra notches from the loser's bench.  I know you will make more and more progress if you stick with it.  That's fantastic!!  I'm so happy and proud for you!
