Cheers to the little things...
Lately, I've been watching how much I exercise, was afraid to over do it right away. I had been doing periodically walking on the treadmill 10 minutes a shot sometimes twice a day. I knew I had to step it up but wasn't sure if I should. Well, after the walking I did on Saturday, I knew I could do it.
I am thrilled to say I was able to do a half hour on the treadmill at 3.2 and doing a duel jog at 4.0 for 5 minutes a piece. YEAH!! I feel like I have more confidence now!
Awesome Dawn! A journey of 1,000 miles begins with just one step! Great job!....Ooops.....Oh look!....You dropped another pound! LOL! Jules

Wow Dawn!! That is wonderful!! Doesn't it feel great to be on the road to being a "fit" person? I love to exercise, even with this great big ol' pre-surgery butt. I can't wait until I can move easier and step it up a few extra notches from the loser's bench. I know you will make more and more progress if you stick with it. That's fantastic!! I'm so happy and proud for you!
