Opti-Source
As you know, I have been having trouble with my vitamins getting stuck all of a sudden....well, I called Dr G's office and spoke with the nurse and she said that they sell Opti-Source which is a post-bariatric surgery vitamin. I have also seen this at Walgreens, but Im not sure if it has enough of what we need. Does anyone take this and if so, do you take only this, or do you supplement with other vitamins such as B12, B Complex etc.
Thanks in advance!

Can't answer your vitamin question, but wanted to say your avatar is beautiful! You look so lovely! And much more up beat than the last one.

They taste just like an orange creamscicle..haha. They are big and round but chewable and its more like eating a piece of candy than a vitamin. I can give you a few to try if you want before you buy some. I did see the bariatric advantage, but I'm always afraid I'll forget and I really like the idea of just doing one vitamin and the B Complex.
Just let me know if you want to try them. No sense in buying a whole bottle before you know. I have more things sitting around the house due to that exact reason that I'll be pulling out at the unofficial meeting for anyone who wants them.
Well Angela beat me to the punch lol. I to take the optisource and it is exactly as she described it, but i also take a super b complex
hate the taste of them but i need them. Dr. Pohl also has me on Urso for the gallbladder, and protonix for reflux now this stuff works i was taking it before surgery and i have not had heartburn since. Hey BTW did you get my PM i sent if so let me know in PM??? Have a great day!!!
