3 1/2 year check up!!!!!!

What great news!  (you knew it- but to hear the Dr say it...wow!!)  And how amazing after this time you are still losing, while many are gaining.  This shows what a huge comittment you made to this journey.  Your dedication is what I hope I have somewhere inside of me to get me through this!!  (if not- I will be leaning on you guys a lot!!- though I think this last week or so- I have been doing it a lot anyways)
