Hi Ya'll! I just want to say you are all awesome and are all such a great wealth of knowledge. I went to Dr. H at RIH for my 3 1/2 year check up. I have been kind of down lately because I hear so many posts on the RNY board of people regaining weight after 3 to 4 years. I went and when he came in he said he was very impressed with my progress. He actually said that I had exceeded the goal that he had set for me. I couldn't believe it. I was in shock. I told him my concerns and he said usually people that are in the high 400( I was 439) do not meet goal and if they are going to fail do so in the first 2 to 3 years. He said he was not worried that I am in the category as I am still loosing. I can't begin to tell you the relief that I felt. Thank You for letting me share as most people wouldn't understand this.  (Can someone pinch me I think I am dreaming)  DD

I am soooo proud of you for getting to where you are today.  Your such a nice person who deserves the best that thrown at you.  The rewards are awesome look at how cute you are "you were cute before too" but what i mean is look how all of the changes turn your life in a whole new direction, i am very proud of you and happy to be your friend.  I just hope my progress stays this way forever, we all make a lifestyle change and need to remember where we started!  Keep up the great work and i'll see ya soon. Hi DD,  Congratulations on the awesome job you have done with your tool, and for the great report from your doc!!  You must feel amazing!!  You are truly an inspiration.  It know it must be scary to think you might go back to your old ways, but after so long, and reaping so many benefits from losing all that weight, you are surely on the right track.  Way to go!!
