To everyone that I saw at the last meeting, I hope that you remember my friend Sue. She was the woman who was with me and she had a cane. Well, she had her surgery this Wednesday and is having complications. I saw her on Wednesday, the day she had surgery and she was looking good but had some normal to be expected pain from the operation. She called me the next day to tell me that she hadnt been feeling good. She was sweating, had a fever, her pulse and heart rate were elevated and she was vomiting. I went to see her and she looked horrible. She had a test to see if she had a leak and it confirmed that she did. She went back in for surgery today and I am waiting to hear from her husband with an update tomorrow. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. I will update asap.<br />

I do remember Sue, and I will keep her in my thoughts for a full recovery.

I think that I misworded my post. Its not my friend Diana it is my friend Sue. Diana had her surgery 4+ years ago. Sue had surgery this past Wednesday.

Thanks for your positive thoughts.

Yup...thats her. She is in Miriam Hospital right now. She had her RNY on Wednesday and they found a leak today. She had a second surgery today. I feel horrible. She was so excited to have this done! I will definitely post an update as soon as I visit with her tomorrow.
