support group meeting Weds

Tomorrow night- Weds at 6:15 in the Gerry House at Rhode Island Hospital is the meeting of the support group Weight Loss Sucess Striders.  All are welcome and the topic will be "It it all in your head? Emotional vs. Physical hunger".  I hope to see you there!!! (I was worried Dawn- you always post our reminder!!  lol)

Where exactly is the Gerry House? This will be my 1st meeting and I am nervous.....no idea why but i am. Better snap out of it before the Phych evaluation.

I'm going to attempt to make it tomorrow. I will be interesting to see a different meeting.  It all depends on how work goes, I'll have to elaborate later, but I'm really watching myself at work now. The boss has let 4 people go this week and it looks like its not over.

Angela- hopefully all goes well for you at work (and I REALLY hope to see you tomorrow!!  I can't wait to see all these changes in the last month in person!)

i was going to attend this meeting but they booked be for a sleep study tonight, so i will have to attend the one in april. sorry that i can't finally meet some of you there. debbie
