Its Monday..and you know what that means???
Ok, I'm a TAD late but none the less, I am here to share.
My mini goal is to lose another 10-15 by Easter & buy a nice outfit. Since last week, I have lost only 2 pounds. I believe it has to do with complications I have had these past 2 weeks. I think its safe to say, I will begin to drop accordingly.. I'm ok with a little at a time too.
Hello every1,
It's so exciting to read that everyone is reaching their goals and in some cases surpassing them.
For those of you who are pre-op, don't worry so much. Easy for me to say right? I' m on the other side but I remember worrying so much and asking myself am I doing enough? All you can do is try your hardest even if your hardest means breaking just one bad habit. The surgery alone will change everything else. And once you do have the surgery, work it. Go to support groups, come here, set up goals and exercise. I'll admit, I didn't start working out REGULARLY until I was about 4-5 months post op (don't tell the docs!) But now exercise is as much a part of my life as going to work...it has to happen in order to have things in life that I want. It will happen for you...stay positive!
My mini-goal for Easter is to drink more water and to lose 10lbs. starting at 188. I'm am happy to report that I am 182...that's a 5lb. loss this week! I haven't had a 5 pounder in a while so I'm excited and a bit freaked out. When I first started on this journey my personal goal was to weigh 150 and fit into a size 10. I'm still over 30 lbs away from my goal but I'm in the size i've always wanted to be. With 30 pounds still to go, I wonder what size i'll ultimately fit in once I finally reach my weight goal. This so far has been beyond my wildest dreams. Thanks to all of you for the support.
