Yep...its Mini-goal update time.  I've finally tried on my size 16 pants and one pair fits pretty comfortably, but the others are still very tight. So, I'm on my way and with a couple weeks to go, I think I might make this mini-goal yet .The shirt is still way too tight for my taste, but we'll see.  So how is your goal going this week? Come on, we're sitting on the edge of our seats here waiting to hear how you're doing. Dont keep us in suspense.

my goal this week is to lose at least one pound.  I know that sounds pathetic to those of you who are dropping weight like it is going out of style, but still being pre-op and trying to break bad habits- it is tough.  I have my Drs apt coming up on the 14th, and I am stressing about the "don't gain weight" thing.  I don't think I have, but I think it would be much better if I lost weight.  I have given up drinking anything bu****er (except I am still drinking my morning cup of decaf coffee- I think I could kill people if I didn't have that).  I am also trying to watch my carbs, and make a huge effort to eat breakfast.

Nothing pathetic about 1 lb Alexia! 1 lb is just one more lb closer to your goal and thats the important part!

Hello All,

My mini goal is to exercise for 30mins per day by Easter.   I am now up to 25min. and resistance 2.   I know I will make the goal of 30mins. per day.   I have to say, I have slipped a bit with my eating.  I try not to beat myself up, but I don't want to lose the ground that I have already gained.   I am learning to take one day at a time and not to let this set-back get the best of me (It can really be difficult).   Wishing you all the best on achieving your mini Easter goals.

Robin

I made a goal of 10 by Easter, so far I'm down 3.  So it could happen by Easter.  If not I'm not too worried.  I'm still happy about hitting the 100lbs mark Dave

My mini-goal last week was to sign up at Ballys for the pool aerobics but I haven't done it yet. *Tsk*Tsk*. I know. I will do it but I can't say it'll be before WLS. So, an attainable mini-goal is to make it to all my appointments this week.  Angela, You'll get into those jeans before you know it! Good luck Girly! Happy Monday! Jules
