I cant believe it!....I'm on cloud nine!!

I did it! I did it! As of yesterdays weigh in, I’m down ….101 lbs from my 1^st visit with Dr Pohl. I need 17 more to reach 100 lbs since surgery. I cant tell you how excited I was to see that 230 come up on the scale and most of it within 3 1/2 months!! I’ve never lost 100lbs before so this is just the biggest milestone for me. I feel great, I have tons of energy and most of all I feel like I’m active and a part of life now I cant wait to see what the next few months bring and where I am a year out!
