I'mmmmm BACK!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to pop in and let you all know that my surgery went extremely well. I was miserable in the ICU and I wouldn't use the pain med's because they made me sick... and so did the anti nausea medicine. Oh well... The new beds they have are really sucky... Made of Gel or something, so when you adjusts, the bed then adjusts to what you just did. My back was in severe pain from this. Had no sleep what so ever in there too. Once my transfer to the Co-Op building took place.. Awesome bed! I slept, I had little to no pain on my back or belly, walked all over the place and enjoyed being pampered by the team. Went on Loretab and was extremely happy with it. Visiting Nurse never showed up this morning. Better hope they don't try charging Insurance for it. I will let them hang. I can do my own shots with no issues. Phew! Thank you Angela for your kindness during your call to me... you are an Angel.

Been walking all over my house, about every hour and a half, I go up 16 stairs just to use the bathroom... and slept like a baby on my sofa last night. So, I'm getting my exercise. I'll try to stop in again tomorrow. Need to take a nap now. Thank you all for your support, and having me in your thoughts and prayers. Until tomorrow. . . ~Dawn
