These are the vitamins I picked up. Please tell me if I don't need something or need something. I appreciate any help to make sure I do this right. Flintstones Complete
B-Complex (liquid)
B-12 (Dots)
Vitamin C (Powder)
Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D -3 (capsules, but can be opened up into any drink) Also, when I take that Fleet stuff mid morning tomorrow, when would you say things will ease  up for me. Not 11pm or so, right?  Earlier?

I don't see Iron.

Regarding Fleet.  Things eased up quite a bit before that. Don't recall exactly. Remember to eat lightly prior, that helpts.   Good luck!

Flintstones Complete has the Iron... 18mg which is 100% adult daily intake. I sure hoe its no 12 hour process with that stuff. Pretty disturbing thought!

After all that you have been through, I am so happy that your day has come. As for the Fleet stuff....prepare yourself for the worst taste ever. Very salty. Anyway...I put myself on a liquid diet for the week before...two shakes a day and a dinner. I took the Fleet at 3pm and was empty and done by 4:30 and went on with my day. Best of luck to you. Dr. Roye kicks ass. JUst remember that the nurses on coop 3 are much slower and less concerned with getting you what you need. they will bring you nasty chicken broth, but you can ask the meal people to bring you jello and sugar free popsicles. You will probably only be able to eat half of one, but boy do they taste great! They got really sick of me ringing my bell and demanding ice chips. They stopped coming and I had to walk to the front counter and get it. So frustrating!

Thank you! I'm kind of like "Wow, Am I really going on Thursday? OMG, I am!" In my packet it says to take the Fleet (Lemon Flavored) Mid Morning and nothing but clear liquids for the day, nothing by mouth after midnight. Did you not have the same directions? Now I'm really confused. Heck, I don't even know when my surgery time is yet! Argh!  They say to call around 2pm the day before for the time.    I will demand Jello & Pops LOL!!

Dawn...when I called the office they told me to take 4 tablespoons. That's it. I also forgot to tell you that before you poop your brains out...get some huggies baby wipes with shea butter and it will be much more pleasant for you tomorrow!
