confused

hi, i am writting because i went to docs. office to be weighed yesterday and the scale said i weighed in at 344 which was what i weighed when i went in october.than right after that i had my nutr. appt and her scale said i weighed 330. but the scale at home says i weigh 303 which is down 44 pounds from where it started at 347. i just don't understand i have been working really hard i have cut down to 3 portoned meals a day i walk 3 to 4 miles a day . i acually started to jog thats how good i feel .and the lady at docs. office says they have to go buy thier scale . i am so confused help please!!!!!!!

Wow, the seems to be a huge difference in the scales.  Which scale does the office say they want to go by? The nutr or the doc's scale?  I read and reread your post and it just doesnt make sense to me either.  Maybe who ever weighed you read it wrong.  Is that possible?   Carol b

hi , carol  i keep calling the docs office and the secatary will not let me talk to the doc. and it is the same women who weighed me. she just keeps saying that she knows how to weigh people and her scale is right , but , i know i have lost weight my clothes are getting big and so are my bras . i called the nutr. and she said to go by mine so that is what i am going to do. even though the doc said i have to lose 25 from 344 and thats what iweigh on hers and i weigh 317 on mine    patti jo

That is so strange!  It is not unusual to have weight difference scale by scale.  But overall the weight loss should be pretty equal.  If your scale has shown a loss since Oct, it is weird that the Dr. Office does not.  There is a 20lb difference between my scale and the scale at weigh****chers.  However, the weigh****chers scale and the dr office scale is pretty close.
