lost weight

i have lost 22 pounds since jan.1,08 yeaaaaa me!!!!!!! that is a good start . but stilol have long way to go i weigh 337 i want to get down to 130 - 135 . so wish me luck   patti jo

congrats on your weight loss Patti Jo!  Don't beat yourself up if you don't get as close to your goal as you want.  I was told to expect a weight loss of 50%-75% of my excess weight.

thank you believe me i wont beat myself up . even though it is post op for me i am very happy with what i am doing for myself. i only have 13 more pounds to lose to be where doc giovanni wants me to be . ihave second psyic eval today. i am a little nervous that he wont approve me agian ,but if he does not i will just keep on trying. i am ready to make a change in my life .    THANK YOU PATTI JO
