Its Monday...Time for our mini-goal updates again

my last apt for testing is Feb 20th, all paperwork done for apt, PCP pre-auth done.  So this is my last monday update, otherwise I would just be babbling the same stuff. ps- met with my nutritionist last thursday- she was great!!!  really got me fired up again and re-commited

You're so close Alexia! It will be here before you know it. I like my nutrtitionist as well, shes great and always makes me feel like I'm doing good even when I'm down about it.. How's the house? Are things finally starting to calm down a bit?

Everyone is doing so well with their mini-goals.  I think this board helps us get there.  Well, I finally weigh what my driver's license has claimed since i was 16, which was 14 years ago.  My mini goal was to lose 10lbs.  I'm down 8 and currently weigh 190.  I guess all that hard work at the gym is finally paying off. Good luck everyone!!

Congrats Landa, 2 more to go to you're goal.  I think this board is great and I really hope these mini-goals do help motivate people. I know it does me!

Congrats to everyone who has met, exceeded and is inches away from their goals.  

I finally got my recumbant bike up and started my exercise plan today.  I was able to stay on the bike for 15mins.  I will continue to do that and then next week increase it to 20min and the week after that 25 and then finally 30mins.  I haven't really exercise since 2005 and I know it's going to take some work (since this will be part of my new life it's time for exercise and I to become best friends again).
