Its Monday...Time for our mini-goal updates again
Everyone is doing so well with their mini-goals. I think this board helps us get there. Well, I finally weigh what my driver's license has claimed since i was 16, which was 14 years ago. My mini goal was to lose 10lbs. I'm down 8 and currently weigh 190. I guess all that hard work at the gym is finally paying off.

Congrats to everyone who has met, exceeded and is inches away from their goals.
I finally got my recumbant bike up and started my exercise plan today. I was able to stay on the bike for 15mins. I will continue to do that and then next week increase it to 20min and the week after that 25 and then finally 30mins. I haven't really exercise since 2005 and I know it's going to take some work (since this will be part of my new life it's time for exercise and I to become best friends again).
