I just came from a nutritionist appointment and I am now 255.2 that is down 9lbs from 1/23 about 3 weeks ago....  for a total of -71 lbs :).  My goal is to reach my -100lbs by my birthday which is in April.  I have 29lbs to go.

Hi sweetlocs I noticed you are exactly 2 months post-op ahead of me and you've lost so much weight how are you doing it???? Have you had any fills yet? I haven't and I'm hoping to get my first one at my next appointment but its not till March. I feel very little restriction so I have to be very careful and I also had a bad weekend of wrong choices of food. I do work out about 5 times a week between aerobic classes and 35min on an elliptical also I have a stepper at home and my job is very physical 8-10hrs a day on my feet lots of heavy lifting. A sample day of eating for me is B-1 egg 1 slice light bread 1 tsp. light butter

S- 1 small fruit L- 3oz. protein with 1cupvegetable S-1small fruit  D-3oz. protein 1 cup vegetable 1 small baked potato 2 tsp light butter I know everyone is different but I didn't think that much would be different .Any suggestions would be great. Kepp up the great job

Thank you!  Sorry for the long delay in the reply... I have been ultra busy.   Hmmm... gurl I have know idea lol....  I pretty much take it day by day.  The first few months were the easiest for me because I wasn't hungry at all and I had to keep reminding myself to eat.  It is getting a little more difficult now because I am starting the mental hunger battle.   I didn't start a regular exercise program until about 1 mo and a half ago... 3 times a wk 30min of cardio and then weight lifting.  As far as my diet goes... well I have a nutritionist that I go to once a month now but in the beginning I was going every 2 wks. I also keep a food diary and write everything that I put in my mouth on paper to keep me accountable. I make sure that I have at least 50g of protein a day but I usually have 60g but no less than 50g.  I am addicted to the zone protein bars and I still have my EAS Advantedge carb control shakes.  I usually have one of those a day.  I pretty much have myself on a very very carb lite diet and low sugar.  If I have a sweet tooth I have one of the sf jello pudding cups.  Or sf chocolate peanutbutter cups ( those I have only had once).  I didn't allow myself anything sweet except for the sf pudding cups until last wk. I try to keep myself active throughout the day and keep myself moving. because my job isn't that physical especially during the winter months.   I could go on and on.. lol... drop me a line in pm and we can chat via email.  It sounds like you're doing a great job yourself!  Keep it up!!!!! Email me.. Take care!
