wondering

hi, i have been consipated now for about 3 to 4 days i was just wondering if anyone suggested anything that could help me i tryed some cheap lax. pillsbut not working just making me feel sick i have not had surg. yet so anything will help. i know i ate  yesterday but not 8 lbs worth i got on scale thursday or friday and weighed 340 now i weugh 348 help please can you gain weight when you are constipated patti jo

Not sure if you can gain weight from being constipated, but I would ask the pharmacist if he/she could recommend something that's fast acting.

personally, i would just try grapes, prunes or prune juice and plenty of water and do extra exercises. stay away from high fiber, because if youre not drinking enough, that could actually bind you more. if the natural way doesnt work.. then i would ask the dr.
